Penalty for unregistered person

Any person who practices or allows a person to practice as a Nurse, Lady Health Visitor, Female Health Worker/ Auxiliary Nurse Midwife in contravention of section 29 shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend up to 2 years and liable 10 a fine or both.
