A Minister shall be entitled free of charge to accommodation in hospitals maintained or approved in this behalf by the Government and also to free medical treatment. Explanation.- For the purpose of this section, a ‘Minister’ shall include his wife, his children, step-children, minor brother and parents wholly dependent on him.
