Statutory text
A minister shall not during the tenure of his office for which he draws salary and allowances – (a) practice any profession or engage in any trade or undertake for remuneration any employment other than his duties as Minster ; or (b) be entitled to any salary or allowances as a member of the Legislative Assembly.
