Information and aid to Excise officers

Subject to such conditions (if any) as the State Government may, by notification, prescribe every officer employed in the Police Salt, and Customs Departments, and every Gaonburah and within such areas as the State Government may, by notification, direct such officers as may be specified in such notification, shall be bound, - to give immediate information to an Excise officer of all breaches of any of the provisions of this Act which may come to his knowledge, and to aid any Excise officer reasonably demanding his aid in the due carrying out of any of the provisions of this Act.
