Power to define “Country Liquor’ and “Foreign Liquor” respectively

The State Government may, by notification, declare what, for the purposes of this Act, shall be deemed to be “Country Liquor” and “Foreign Liquor” respectively; Provided that, where the interests of any other State may be affected, no such declaration shall be made without the previous sanction of the Central Government.
