Prohibition of import of transport

The State Government may, to enforce a policy of prohibitions or for purposes of public health, by notification- (a) prohibit the import or export of any intoxicant into or from the territories to which this Act applies or any part thereof; or (b) prohibit the transport of any intoxicant.
