Statutory text
(1) Subject to the provisions of this of this Act, the Board may by general or special order, delegate to the Member Secretary or Sub-Committee appointed by it or any officer of the Board such of the powers and duties under the Act, as it may deem fit. (2) Chairman or Secretary of the Board may delegate his power under this Act to any officer of the Board.
