Regulation of persons operating in the market area

No person shall in respect of any notified agricultural produce operate in the market area as trader, commission agent, broker, weighman, hummal, surveyor, warehouse man, owner of occupier or processing or pressing factories or such other market functionary except in accordance with the condition of a licence granted under the provision of this Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder,
