Insertion of new section 6A

In the principal Act, after section 6, the following new section shall be inserted, namely: Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act and subject to the provisions of the Schedule, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to free travelling by First Class train upto 20.000 Kilometres or by Air two times in five years term within India, with family upto 5 members.
