Fund Act, 1925 shall apply to such fund, as if it were a Government provident fund.

If any dispute arises as to whether any person has been duly elected or Disputes as to. appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body prin of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose Bodies decision thereon shall be final.
