Amendment of Section 18

After sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Principal Act, the following sub-section (1A) shall be added :— "(1A) The Authority shall have the power to execute Public Housing Projects and to dispose of the houses so constructed on terms and conditions approved by the State Government."
