Statutory text
(1) A new sub-section (1) shall be added to Section 73 of the Principal Act namely :— "(1) No Court inferior to the court of a Judicial Magistrate 1st Class shall take Cognizance of an offence under this Act." (2) The existing provisions of Section 73 of the Principal Act shall be numbered subsection (2).
