Amendment of Section 11

(1) The existing provisions of Section 11 of the Principal Act shall be numbered as sub-section (1). (2) A new sub-section (2) shall be added after sub-section (1) of section 11 namely :— "(2) A member removed under clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) shall not be eligible for re-appointment or re-nomination, as the case may be."
