Statutory text
Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, the Government shall appoint an Officer of the Government as Oil Palm Commissioner or may designate an Officer of the Government as Oil Palm Commissioner to exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Commissioner under this Act.
