Compounding of Offences

On the application of a person accused of an offence under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder, the Oil Palm Commissioner or any authority or Officer authorized by him in this behalf may, at any stage, compound such offence by levying a compounding fee nor exceeding rupees one lakh.
