Recovery of balance before vacating office

Statutory text
Where a Minister vacates office before the completion of repayment of the advance drawn by him, the entire balance remaining unpaid out of the advance drawn together with interest due thereon shall be repaid by the Minister in one lump sum before he vacates office.
