Repeal and Saving

(1) On and from the date of commencement of this Act and existing the Manipur Ministers and Speaker (Grant of Motor Car Advance) Rules, 1965 shall stand repealed. (2) Anything done or any action taken (including any notification, order, Form, made or issued) under the repealed Rule shall in so far as it is not inconsistant with the provision of this Act, continue in force unless and until it is superseded by any-thing done or any action taken in accordance with law.
