Commencement of recovery

Statutory text
The recovery of the advance shall commence on the first issue of his salary after the advance is drawn, by way of deduction from his bill. In case the Minister intends to repay by making any further instalment during the period before the issue of his subsequent salary, the same may be made through chalan.
