Saving

Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the validity of any decrees passed or orders made in any suits or proceedings, the subject-matter of which was not susceptible of monetary evaluation or was not capable of being estimated in money value, which were filed in the High Court on or after the 15th October 1968 and disposed of by that Court before the commencement of this Act.
