  1. (1) This Act may be called the Suits Valuation and Bombay Court-fees (Amendment) and Bombay City Civil Court Decrees and Orders (Validating) Act, 1969.
  2. (2) it shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
