Chapter VI GRIEVANCES OF TEACHERS, EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS

- (1) The Tribunal established for the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur shall be the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act, for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the University and University, with regard to the matters specified in sub-section
- (1) of section 81 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.
- (2) The other details and procedures provided in sections 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the University.
