In section 84-1A of the principal Act, for the figures, words and brackets "1948 or as the case may be, of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch Area) Act, 1958, apply" the figures, words and brackets "1948 or as the case may be, of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch Area) Act, 1958, apply" shall be substituted.
