Amendment of section 135H of the principal Act

In section 135H of the principal Act, in sub-section (4), in clause (b)—

1. (i) in sub-clause
2. (iii) for the words and figures "paragraph 17 of the second Schedule to the said Code" the words and figures "section 20 of the Arbitration Act, 1940" shall be substituted;
3. (ii) in sub-clause (iv), for the words and figures "paragraph 20 of the said Schedule" the words and figures "section 14 of the Arbitration Act, 1940" shall be substituted.
