Amendment of section 1 of the principal Act

In section 1 of the principal Act, after sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:-- "(5) On and from the date of the coming into force of the Bombay Land Revenue (Extension to Kutch Area and Amendment) Act, 1965, this Act shall extend to and be in force in the Kutch area of the State of Gujarat.".
