Chapter IX AMENDMENTS TO THE MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002
Statutory text
In section 48 of the Value Added Tax Act,—
- (1) in sub-section (1), in clause (a),—
- (a) sub-clauses (i),
- (iii) and
- (iv) shall be deleted;
- (b) in sub-clause (ii), the words “or purchase” shall be deleted;
- (a) sub-clauses (i),
- (2) sub-section
- (3) shall be deleted.
