Chapter IV AMENDMENTS TO THE MAHARASHTRA MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT

Statutory text

In section 466 of the Municipal Corporations Act, in sub-section (1), in para (A),—

  1. (1) in clause (a), the words “octroi and ” shall be deleted;
  2. (2) in clause (b), the words “octroi and ” shall be deleted;
  3. (3) clause
    • (c) shall be deleted;
  4. (4) clause
    • (e) shall be deleted;
  5. (5) clause
    • (g) shall be deleted.
