Chapter VIII VALIDATION AND SAVING

Statutory text

In section 10A of the Entertainments Duty Act, for the word “Collector”, wherever it occurs, the following shall be substituted, namely :–– “(i) Municipal Commissioner, in case of a Municipal Corporation,

  1. (ii) Chief Officer, in case of a Municipal Council,
  2. (iii) Chief Executive Officer, in case of a Zilla Parishad,(iv) Chief Executive Officer, in case of a Cantonment Board”.
