16. Amendment of section 53 of Mah. IX of 2005
Statutory text
In section 3A of the Entertainments Duty Act,––
- (1) for the words “State Government” the words “local authority” shall be substituted;
- (2) the words, figure and letters “and a surcharge provided by section 3AA” shall be deleted.

Statutory text
