Action upon report of Advisory Board

Statutory text
- (1) If the Advisory Board confirms the declaration made in the notification issued under sub-section
- (1) of section 3, the Government shall confirm the notification by an order and continue the same for such period as specified in sub-section
- (5) of section 3.
- (2) If the Advisory Board is of the opinion that there is no sufficient cause for issuance of the notification, the Government shall revoke the notification forthwith.
