Statutory text

(1) Any organization declared as an unlawful organization under section 3, may make a representation to the Government within fifteen days from the date of publication of the notification or from the date of receipt or affixture thereof, as specified in sub-section
(4) of section 3, whichever is later, and the Government shall place such representation before the Advisory Board for its consideration.
(2) Such organization may request for personal hearing before the Advisory Board.
