Constitution of Advisory Board

Statutory text
- (1) The State Government shall constitute, as and when necessary, an Advisory Board for the purposes of this Act.
- (2) The Advisory Board shall consist of a Chairperson who is or has been a Judge of the High Court and two members, of which one shall be a retired District Judge and another shall be a Government Pleader of High Court, appointed by the State Government.
- (3) The term and other conditions of service of the Chairperson and members shall be such as may be prescribed.
