Act to override other laws etc

The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950, the Official Trustees Act, 1913 or any other law for the time being in force, or in any scheme of management framed thereunder, or in any judgment, decree or order of any Court, Tribunal, Charity Commissioner or other competent authority or in any custom or usage.
