Declaration of stock of goods held on the appointed day.

21. Such class of dealers as may be prescribed and who were liable to pay tax under the Bombay Sales Tax Act, 1959, on the day immediately preceding the appointed day, shall declare the stock of such goods as may be prescribed, held by them on the appointed day, in such manner and with such particulars and to such authority, as may be prescribed in this behalf.
