Proceedings presumed to be good and valid

No act or proceeding of the Procurement Authority or any of its committees shall be invalid by reason only of a vacancy therein, or any defect in the appointment of any person acting as the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson or Member, if such act or proceeding is otherwise in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
