Authentication of orders, etc., of Procurement Authority and Executive Committee

All proceedings of the Procurement Authority and the Executive Committee shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or by any other officer of the Procurement Authority authorized by the Chief Executive Officer in this behalf.
