Conveyance allowance

Statutory text
- (1) For the purpose of enabling a Neta Pratipaksha to discharge his duties efficiently, there shall be paid a conveyance allowance to a Neta Pratipaksha as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.
- (2) There shall be paid to the Neta Pratipaksha a conveyance allowance of such amount as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.
