Residence of Neta Pratipaksha

Statutory text
- (1) Neta Pratipaksha shall be entitled to such residence as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.
- (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), where any Neta Pratipaksha holds the office of Neta Pratipaksha, he shall be entitled without payment of rent to the use of such residence as the State Government may determine.
