1. (1) There shall be paid to the Neta Pratipaksha a sumptuary allowance of one thousand five hundred rupees per mensem.
2. (2) There shall be paid to the Neta Pratipaksha a constituency allowance of three thousand rupees per mensem.
3. (3) There shall be paid to the Neta Pratipaksha a daily allowance of one hundred fifty rupees per day.

1. (1) Neta Pratipaksha shall be entitled to such residence as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.
2. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), where any Neta Pratipaksha holds the office of Neta Pratipaksha, he shall be entitled without payment of rent to the use of such residence as the State Government may determine.

1. (1) For the purpose of enabling a Neta Pratipaksha to discharge his duties efficiently, there shall be paid a conveyance allowance to a Neta Pratipaksha as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.
2. (2) There shall be paid to the Neta Pratipaksha a conveyance allowance of such amount as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.

Neta Pratipaksha and Neta Pratipaksha's spouse shall be entitled to such travelling facilities as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.

Facilities for medical treatment of Neta Pratipaksha and Neta Pratipaksha's spouse and children shall be as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.

Neta Pratipaksha, Neta Pratipaksha's spouse and other members of the family of Neta Pratipaksha shall be entitled to such amenities as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.

The amenities to Neta Pratipaksha shall be such as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.

Neta Pratipaksha shall be paid such salary as may be prescribed by rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.

Power to make rules. - The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Neta Pratipaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1980.
