Subordination of canal officers, - The Chief Engineer shall be subordinate to the State Government:

• All other canal officers shall be subordinate to the Chief Engineer: • All canal officers in circle shall be subordinate to the Superintending Engineer: and • All canal officers in a division shall be subordinate to the Executive Engineer.
