Short title, extend and commencement :- (1) This Act may be

called the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973.

1. (2) It extent to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf. (From 1.12.1973).
