Received the assent of the Governor of the 29 th September, 1973, assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" (Extraordinary), dated the 11 th October, 1973). An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to registration of literacy, scientific, education, religious, charitable or other societies, in Madhya Pradesh. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Twenty- fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows :
