Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Shree Ganpati Mandir Khajrana, Indore Adhiniyam, 2003. (2) It extends to the whole of the temple area of Shree Ganpati Mandir Khajrana, Indore. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
