Transitory provisions

Any bylaws made by the Local Body or Panchayat Department of the State Government in relation to the provisions of drilling, operation, and maintenance of tubewell and borewell shall continue to remain in force to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act until rules are framed by the State Government under this Act.
