Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Khule Nalkup Mein Insaano Ke Girne Se Hone wali Durghatnaon Ki Rokthaam Evam Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2024.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Madhya Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
