Statutory text
  1. (1) The Director of Research, the Dierector of Extension Education, the Director of Clinics, the Director of Instruction and the Director of Farms shall be the whole-time Officers of the University appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
  2. (2) The Director of Research, the Director of Extension Education, Director of Farms, Director of Instruction and Director of Clinics shall exercis such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the statutes.
