Disqualification for being member of the Board

[To be provided from full text] A person shall be disqualified for being nominated or for continuing as a member if he, directly or indirectly, by himself or by his partner:— (a) has any share or interest in any publication prescribed as a text book of study for use in any institution imparting secondary education, or (b) has any share or interest in any work done for or on behalf of the Board. Explanation.—For the purpose of this section, the publication of a text book shall include its republication.
