Appointment, powers and duties of Vice-Chairman

[To be provided from full text] (1) The State Government may in consultation with the Chairman appoint any person to be a Vice-Chairman of the Board. (2) The term of the office and other conditions of service of the Vice-Chairman shall be such as may be prescribed by rules. (3) The Vice-Chairman shall assist the Chairman in all matters administrative or academic and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions of the Chairman as may be delegated or entrusted to him by the Chairman.
