Functions of State Level Committee

  1. (1) The State Level Committee shall meet at least once in every two months and at such place and adopt such procedure to transact its business as it may decide.
  2. (2) The State Level Committee shall consider and examine the proposals brought before it for the setting up of industrial undertakings or projects with investment of such financial limit as may be notified by the State Government from time to time and shall take appropriate decisions.
  3. (3) The State Level Committee shall consider and decide the matters referred to it by the District Level Committee.
