Provided that the relevant provisions of the applicable Acts and Rules of the State Government or Central Government are complied with by the investor.

State Level Investment Promotion Empowered Committee

1. (1) The State Government may, by notification, constitute a State Level Investment Promotion Empowered Committee consisting of such persons as may be specified therein.
2. (2) A member of the State Level Committee shall personally attend its meeting and in case he is unable to attend, he may depute a Senior Level Officer with a written authorisation to take appropriate decision in the meeting.
