Protection or action taken in good faith

Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, no suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairperson or other members of Apex Level or State Level or District Level Committee or any employee of such committee or Nodal Agency in respect of anything which is in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
